Q What if the design drawing is modified midway?
A We allow minor adjustments before first article approval. For parts that have already started processing, additional labor and tool wear costs will need to be negotiated. We will try our best to accommodate the changes.

Q Can you machine complex parts, such as deep holes, thin walls, or freeform surfaces?
A Yes, we can machine complex parts. We have produced aluminum alloy thin-wall parts with a wall thickness of 0.8 mm for customers. We are equipped with 5-axis simultaneous machining equipment, which can machine impellers and other freeform surface parts. For deep-hole machining, we use gun drilling solutions.

Q What drawing formats do you require, and can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
A We accept 3D models (STEP/IGS) plus 2D drawings (PDF/DWG). The 3D files are used for programming, and the 2D drawings are used for dimension and tolerance annotations. We are able to sign an NDA, and after project completion, we will destroy or return the drawings.

Q What surface treatments and heat treatments can you provide?
A We can provide treatments such as anodizing, electroplating, blackening, sandblasting, and vacuum heat treatment, depending on the material properties. These require an additional 3 days. We can also outsource the processes while maintaining unified quality control.
